To ensure quality and dimensions, make sure that your artwork’s resolution is atleast 300DPI with atleast .125″ bleeds on all sides (if needed)

Make sure that all links / images are embbeded and curve / outline all text.

Step 3:
Save or export file in PDF file format with bleeds (if applicable)
